Refund Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from the Hairy Bikers website.
In the event of damaged, incorrect or unwanted goods, we will be happy to replace or refund the product.
Please notify the Online Sales Team of any problems within 7 days of receipt of goods by email on contact@hairybikers.com, quoting your name and Order Number.
Unless the product is damaged on arrival you will have to pay for the postage/shipping costs of returning your item to us.
Returned goods should be in the original, undamaged packaging. Please enclose the Returns Form sent with your order with the goods, indicating the reason for return and if you require a replacement or refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Win one of three pairs of tickets to the BBC Good Food Live Show in Birmingham
1. The Win one of three pairs of tickets to the BBC Good Food Live Show free prize draw is open to UK residents only, excluding the employees and immediate relatives of employees of any company connected with the draw.
2. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and any other requirement set out on this website.
3. Entries must be submitted by midnight on Monday 14th June 2010.
4. The draw can be entered via Facebook (becoming a friend of Hairy Bikers & leaving a comment on their page) or by Re-Tweeting the phrase supplied on Twitter. (i.e “I WANT TO WIN @BBCGOODFOODLIVE TICKETS – RT TO WIN) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received. Paper entries are not valid.
5. Entries must not be made via agencies or third parties and any such entries will be invalid.
6. Multiple entries are not valid.
7. Three winners will be selected at random, under independent supervision, from all correct entries received in time and contacted within 7 days of the closing deadline.
8. Whilst every effort will be made to provide the winners with the designated prize, it is subject to availability.
