There's another chance to see The Hairy Bikers Food Tour of Britain.  The series that took us across Britain on our motorbikes in search of the tastiest regional food specialities.

MONDAY 2ND AUGUST - STAFFORDSHIRE
We explore Staffordshire where we cook a traditional country favourite in Lichfield. We find the happiest hens in the county and pick our own fruit and veg.  Finally, find out who created the best taste of Staffordhsire in our cook off with top chef, Matt Davies.

TUESDAY AUGUST - HAMPSHIRE
We explore Hampshire and cook a traditional county favourite at Beaulieu Motor Museum. We forage for wild mushrooms in the New Forest and source biodynamically farmed meat from a former Formula 1 World Champion.  Finally, a cook-of against Michelin starred chef, Alex Aitken to decide who has created the best taste of Hampshire.

WEDNESDAY 4TH AUGUST - MORAY
Morya gets our attention today, where we cook a traditional county favourite in Elgin.  We don waders to fish for wild salmon in the River Spey and visit an internationally renowned smoke house.  Finally restaurant diners decide who has created the best taste of Moray in a cook-off against top chef, Chris Morrison.

THURSDAY 5TH AUGUST - CORNWALL
Exploring Cornwall we cook a tradional county favourite at The Eden Project.  We go sea fishing for spider crabs and find the only tea plantation in the UK.  Then who can create the best taste of Cornwall, restaurant diners decide after our cook-off with top chef, Kevin Viner.
